Reparto Kohly is a residential area, limited by Ampliacion de Almendares and Sierra in Playa municipality and Almendares River that separate it of Plaza municipality. Here are located luxury residences, many buid in 1950-60. In this area is possible to find residences with swimming pool although is no as frequently as in Miramar zone.

Located in 8 minutes drive of the center of Vedado 13 to 18 minutes drives of Centro Habana and Habana Vieja respectively in a normal car. The recreation places in this area are : Parque Almendares under the bridge (puente) Almendares where you can find park for children, cafeteria, boats, theater, horses,..; Kohly and El Bosque hotels and the night centre "El Chevere", with swimming pool too.

The price of rooms in this area varies between 30-45 pesos convertibles (CUC)/day.
