Buenavista area have very popular zone where the boys are playing baseball, football or another game on the street, also you can hear music very high from one house preferently at night; but in another zone it don´t occur.

This zona is surrounded by 19 and 41 avenue (parallel to coast) and 60 and 84 street (perpendicular to sea). This area is 12-15 minutes of the center of Vedado and 15 and 20 minutes of Centro Habana and Old Havana respectively in one normal car.

The houses in this area are normal, of diferent ages and types, howevern, all the rent houses offer good conditions. The price of rooms in this varies between 25-35 pesos convertibles/day.
