This area is in the northeast of Havana city and its formed by : Habana del Este, Casablanca, Villa Panamericana, Cojimar, Reparto Bahia and Alamar. The more important way in this area Via Monumental that begin in the exit of Havana Tunnel (Tunel de la Habana), and its one of the two access way to the Eastern Beaches (Playas del Este) (Bacuranao, Tarara, El Megano, Santa Maria del Mar, Boca Ciega, and Brisas del Mar.

.LA HABANA DEL ESTE is the first reparto of this part, was builded before the Revolution triumphed (in 1959). Is characterized by some high apartments buildings and one commercial centre. Front the apartment finded Hospital Naval. In this reparto we can find : El Castillo de los Tres Reyes del Morro or Morro Castle (Castillo del Morro) that offer the possibility of get up to the tower, enjoy in the expositions halls or see the panoramic sight of the Havana bay.

CASABLANCA find in the right side to the Via Monumental (going to the Western beaches), very old zona where the most interesting places are : La Estatua del Cristo de la Habana, very high estatue, wich is showed when you go through Havana Bay, today is an tourìstic place; The National Meterological Observatory (Observatorio Nacional Meterologico) of Casablanca; and the Station of ship of Casablanca, pier of motorboat of Regla (that comunicated Old Havana with Casablanca), and its a form of access to Morro Castle (Castillo del Morro), Cabaña Castle and the Statue Cristo (Estatua del Cristo) for the persons that don´t want to go ussing Havana Tunnel (Tunel de la Habana).

Continue traveling by Via Monumental, and you will find the instalations of VILLA PANAMERICANA, wiht the Panamerican stadium of atlethics, the groups of swimming pools "Baragua"; and one runway of cyclist. This instalations was builded for the Panamericans Games that was celebrated in Cuba en the 90 years. Forward, at the left side of Via Blanca, you can find the Villa Panamericana hotels that was builded to alocate the athlete that participated in the Panamericam Games. Today are touristy hotels.

A little forward finded COJIMAR, fisher town with a little Malecon. This town is very famous by the book "El Viejo y el Mar" write by the american writer Ernest Hemigway, wich one hat a monument in this area.

Forward, in the right sit of Via Monumental, finded REPARTO BAHIA (Antonio Guiteras), with a lot of similar buildings (edificios de microbrigada) and very pretty residentiasl houses, than only is possible to see when you com inside the reparto.

Continuing traveling by Via Monumental, in the left side, finded REPARTO ALAMAR, that its the biggest similar building reparto (edificios de microbrigadas) in all Havana city. All the buildings had 5 floors, alls very similars, and a fews buildings with IMS Constructive System.
